RESPONSE TO A LETTER RECEIVED FROM AN ATTORNEY EDWARD F. TRACY, PINE APPLE, ALABAMA RETAINED AND REPRESENTING RICHARD W. BENNETT AKA LAURENCE W. BENNETT, DATED AUGUST 8, 2014, WITH A COPY SENT TO ME, ROBERT P. BENNETT, BROTHER (HALF BROTHER ACCORDING TO R.W.B.) DIRECTED TO THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS SITE THREATENING LEGAL ACTION IF THIS SITE IS NOT TAKEN DOWN AND THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR REMOVE ALL FALSE REFERENCES ABOUT THE ABOVE PERSON AND A LIST OF OTHER DEMANDS…

Upon receiving this letter I notified the administrator of this letter and also contacted the above law firm to only get a recording but left a very strong response as to the contents of the letter received from him.

I notified this attorney that the information on this site was correct and that I personally would not remove anything stated by me and may I also say that to the best of my knowledge the information on this site is nothing but the truth concerning the past and present actions of this maggot, Richard W. Bennett.

I am prepared to back up everything I have stated on this site with facts both in writing, print, media print, court documents, e-mails, media sites, phone calls, treats made to minor children, cyber bullying, personal attacks, websites set up to falsely and maliciously attack my character and that of my children, multiple Identity Thefts on social networks and websites and the list goes on.

I have been in contact with the local authorities as well as county and Federal including the FBI over the actions of this maggot Richard W. Bennett.

All information posted on this site by me regarding my Nephew PFC Aaron E. Fairbairn is factual as to the relationship with his so called father which family refers to as a sperm donor only and will back that up with family and friends of Aaron.

This Richard W. Bennett aka Laurence W. Bennett is who he is and only has himself to blame for his life and the hurt and harm he has caused so many people and not just family.

If Richard W. Bennett aka Laurence W. Bennett wants to pursue this in any fashion then I suggest he not waste any time because I have been wanting him in a Court of Law for many years now and nothing would make me happier to get him there.

Richard W. Bennett aka Laurence W. Bennett hides under his rock as he has done for years when asked over and over again to face me in a Court of Law and let the legal process decide who is right and who is wrong and that still applies so stop with the threats and idle threats from attorneys who don’t know anything buy your side of the story and that being from a self admitted Pathological Liar…For you to pursue anything you have to come out of hiding and I’ll be waiting for you!!!
