Dear Ms. Swanson:
I have been asked to contact you regarding the actions that you have taken in relation to Mr. Devon Bennett as well as those with Suzanne.
I have been informed that you have engaged in a campaign of harassment against Devon Bennett and Suzanne.
I have been informed that your harassment has gone so far as to your contacting US Customs and making unfounded claims regarding Devon as well as claiming that Devon is on the list of the Canadian Government’s Most Wanted.
I understand that you have been attempting to contact and harass Devon directly. You are hereby placed on notice to cease and desist your actions. Do not contact Devon Bennett or Suzanne.
Any further attemps by you to contact them or anyone in relation to them will result in legal action being taken against you. Further attemps to make unjustified reports regarding Devon to either Canadian or US authorities will result in immediate legal action.
I understand that you have attempted to use all sorts of unrelated information to “justify” to others your attacks on Devon. Therefore, any attempt to use correspondence from this office for any reason will likewise be met with legal action.
Any communication that you desire with this office must be in writing from your attorney. My staff has been instructed not to accept telephone calls from you.
I most sincerely hope this letter is all that is neccessary to put a stop to any further outrageous behavior.

When I received this from mom I was totally ticked off at Devon and when I confronted him about this letter he denied knowing of it’s existance. This letter along with many others in in my Attorney’s file. I contacted the attorney and was told that he was directed to send this letter to my mother. Devon is a convicted felon and not allowed to enter the US because of selling and using drugs. Just like his father a chip off the old block right Wayne—you scumbag………..
